   Proposal Description:
   Literature investigating the cognitive profile of Limbic Predominant Age-Related TDP-43 Encephalopathy (LATE) is scarce. As differential diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD) vs LATE becomes more frequent in adults with cognitive difficulties over the age of 80, investigating any differences in cognitive profiles will be beneficial. This study aims to investigate UDS performance in NACC participants who have neuropathology consistent with LATE at autopsy, using methodology outlined in Besser, Teylan, and Nelson, 2020 to identify NACC participants who qualify for a diagnosis of LATE. Performance on UDS measures will be compared between LATE, AD, and other common forms of dementia.
